Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated when you use our website:

  • Account details: Name, username, phone number, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash — we never store plain-text passwords).
  • Sign-in with Google: If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google to create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Orders: Products ordered, quantities, prices, delivery address, fulfilment type (delivery or pickup), payment method, order notes, and order status history.
  • Communications: Messages you send via contact forms, B2B inquiries, or email; and our replies.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar technologies (see below).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without parental consent. Our shop account features are intended for adults placing household or business orders.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your customer account and authenticate sign-in (including password reset emails when you request them).
  • Process orders, arrange delivery or pickup, and send order confirmations and status updates.
  • Respond to inquiries, wholesale (B2B) requests, and support messages.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website (including fraud prevention and rate limiting on sensitive actions).
  • Comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We send transactional messages (order updates, password reset links) by email when needed. Marketing messages are sent only where you have agreed or where permitted by law.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment card and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them on our servers.

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax requirements (including GST records), and resolve disputes. Password-reset tokens expire within one hour and are deleted after use or expiry.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted passwords, secure payment processing through Razorpay, and access controls on staff systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
