- How do I place an order?
- Add products to your cart right here on the website, check delivery for your pincode, sign in, and pay online. You can also message us on WhatsApp or visit our Raviwar Peth store during business hours.
- Do you deliver across Pune?
- We deliver via Shiprocket Quick to serviceable Pune pincodes — enter your address at checkout to see the live delivery fee and ETA before you pay.
- When can I place an online order?
- Online orders are accepted daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Our store is open for visits from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Is your milk fresh daily?
- Yes. We source and sell fresh milk daily. Cow, buffalo, and toned milk are among our most popular products.
- What makes your desi ghee special?
- Our desi ghee is prepared using traditional methods with quality milk fat, giving it the rich aroma Pune customers have trusted since 1980.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Home delivery is paid online by UPI, credit card, debit card, or netbanking via Razorpay. Store pickup can also be paid in cash, UPI, or card at the Raviwar Peth counter. There is no cash on delivery. Unpaid online orders are auto-cancelled after 15 minutes; no money is captured until you pay.
- What are your store hours?
- Our store is open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Online orders are accepted 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
- Do you sell wholesale to restaurants?
- Yes. We supply paneer, milk, ghee, and sweets to restaurants and caterers. Visit our B2B page or message us on WhatsApp with your requirements.
- Can I order fresh milk every day?
- Yes. Place a new order on the website or via WhatsApp whenever you need milk. Each order is one-time — we do not offer recurring subscriptions or auto-repeat billing on the site.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Yes — cancel from your account while the order is still pending payment, on hold, processing, or accepted. Once it is ready to ship, in transit, or completed, it cannot be cancelled online. Prepaid cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Perishable dairy cannot be returned after delivery except for a quality issue reported within 24 hours. - Is it safe to pay online?
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Every payment is verified on our servers before your order is confirmed.
