Initially, we were manually producing the aamras out of fresh mangoes with all the labor work included in it. Gradually, the business expanded and we were the first to purchase the fully automated mango ras machinery that produces 2 tonnes of aamras in one-go. Starting from the peeling of mangoes, grinding and mixing the aamras, all the way to final packaging, are finished by these machines.
